About me

“A  Soft Tissue Therapist offering

PROFESSIONAL Soft Tissue Therapy for non-professional athletes”

Who am I?

Estblished in 2016, and graduated in 2017 in Bsc (Honours) in Sport and Exercise Science, I have always been passionate about sport, leisure and anything exercise related. During my time at university I developed a keen interest in Sports Massage, injury prevention and strength and conditioning, and gained my Level 3 Sports Massage certificate in April 2016 and my Level 4 Certificate in 2017. I have been practising as a business ever since, starting mobile treating runners of athletics clubs to treating in a clinic room in a private room in my final year of University. I am currently operating at Studio 4orce PT and Wellness Centre in  Crewe.

What I have done

After graduating and achieving my Level 4 in Sports Massage, I wanted to do more, providing Sports Therapy cover to local talented teams such as Crewe FC and Crewe Alexandra Ladies and also Crewe Alexandra (League 2 football), developing my skills in a sporting environment.
I have also worked for a vast range of event organisations- including: Kendall Calling, Greater Manchester Marathon, Ironman Bolton, Outlaw Full & Half (2016, 2017 & 2018) and I am also supporting UK Triathlon Events as a residential Sports Massage Therapist for the 2018 events.

Doing what I love

I am here as I want to combine my two valuable aspects: knowledge of rehabilitation into helping others improve well-being. My passion for injury prevention is fuelled by improving well-being, which creates a relaxing feel for the client and provide a treatment to prevent any injuries from occuring/reoccuring.

What makes me different from the rest?

Getting a sports massage should be relaxing and tailored to you.  Every Massage Therapist will bang on about the benefits of getting treatment- improved flexibility, reduced injury rates, improved recovery bla bla bla (heard it all right?), my approach is to give you what you need, what a middle aged office worker who sits at a desk with back pain may be completely different to a body builder build like a brick wall. Each body is different, each body has different needs, and that’s why I am different from the rest
